36. Whenever A Man Is Alone With A Woman The Devil Makes A Third

What do you do if you love someone so so much but you can't get married ?

That's the answer guys -->
Stay stay away from them ! It's not like if you stay away from them, its the end of the world. or... you can't live without them. right?.. right?..Those statement are just overrated. You know it and I know it.

That love so so much is coming from your desire, nafsu. Fight it ! We are fighters, yeah ! In fact, fighting your lust, desires is the biggest jihad because once you're involved in these kind of things, you're gonna stray.

First, you're texting, then calling, then going out together in groups, then you're going out just the two of you.

And everyone knows when an unmarried couple meets alone, shaytan is amongst them.

This will eventually lead to "you know what". hmmph..

Hadith - Ahmad and Al-Tirmidzi 311, Narrated Umar ibn al-Khattab,Tirmidzi transmitted it.The Prophet salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said, "Whenever a man is alone with a woman, the Devil makes a third."

Basically, what I'm saying here everyone already knows. Its a reminder to me, you them, they, we, us. It's just a matter of choosing Islam above your desires.

Ask yourself, can you live your life with the love of your life.

That you love so so much but without the love of  ALLAH Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala ?
Nauzubillah..

2) SOCIAL DISTANCING is a Prophetic  salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam
 command.
"Those with contagious diseases should be kept away from those who are healthy." Bukhaari (6771) and Muslim (2221)

3) TRAVEL BAN is a Prophetic salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam
teaching.
"Do not enter a land where the plague (contagious ailment) has broken out ; don’t leave from where it has broken out” Bukhaari (5739) and Muslim (2219)

4) DON'T HARM OTHERS, if you have symptoms.
The Prophet salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said: “Do not cause harm or return harm.” Sunan Ibn Mājah (2340)

5) STAYING HOME is a Prophetic teaching
“Those who stay at home to protect themselves and others are under the protection of Allah.” Musnad Ahmed, Sahih

6) If necessary, HOUSE IS A MASJID.
The Prophet salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said: “The entire earth has been made a Masjid, except graveyards and washrooms.” Tirmidhi (al-Salaah, 291)

7) THERE'S CURE; patience is the virtue
The Prophet salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said “There is no disease that Allah sent without sending for it a cure.“ Bukhari (Volume 7, Book 71, Number 582)

8) Let’s TREAT; ALLAH WILL CURE
The Prophet salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said: “Every disease has a cure. If a cure is applied to the disease, it is relieved by the permission of Allah.”
Muslim (2204)

9) FACE MASKING is  a Prophetic salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam teaching

10) WASH HANDS every time you enter home.
The Prophet salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said: “Cleanliness is half of faith.” Muslim (223)

11) HOME QUARANTINE is a Prophetic advice
“The plague (contagion) patient who remains in his home with patience and expectation of reward, knowing that nothing will befall him other than Allah’s decree will attain the reward or a martyr“ Musnad Aḥmad, Sahih  also Bukhaari (2829) and Muslim (1914)

All traced back to sources 1400 years old.

Muslims who are still going to Mosque to pray saying "Jo hoga Allah ki Marzi se hoga "(whatever happens is because of Allah's will).

I want to say one thing loud & clear that - You guys are so 'ignorant" and doing opposite of what Islam and Prophet taught.

Allah doesn't  allow you to commit suicide or harm others.

Allah have given us a brain which we hardly use, using brain is not haraam, so don't worry , use your brain. Don't be a brain dead ignorant.

There are many rulings of Prophet Muhammad salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam which can be contextualized in the present scenario .

Social conduct during Corona virus Disease (COVID-19)

1. “If you hear of an outbreak of plague in a land, do not enter it, but if the plague breaks out in a place while you are in it, do not leave that place" (Sahih Bukhari and Muslim).

2. He also said: "Those with contagious diseases should be kept away from those who are healthy."

3. One day Prophet Muhammad salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam noticed a Bedouin leaving his camel without tying it.

He asked the Bedouin, “Why don’t you tie down your camel?”

The Bedouin answered, “I placed my trust in Allah.”

At that, the Prophet salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said, “Tie your camel and then place your trust in Allah” (Tirmidhi)

The lesson from this hadith is that we need to use all resources available to us to solve our problems, and then trust Allah for the outcome as “Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves.” (Qur'an 13.11).

DiseaseTreatment and Medicines

Also, another Hadees which says how important research on medicines and getting treatment is-

4.  Allah has sent down both the disease and the cure, and He has appointed a cure for every disease, so treat yourselves medically, but use nothing unlawful." [Abu Dawud, Tibb 11, (3874)]

Personal hygiene and cleanliness

5.  Prophet Muhammad salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, informed his companions and thus all of us, about the importance of cleanliness when he said,

“Cleanliness is half of faith.”

The Quran is more specific and says,

“Truly, God loves those who turn unto Him in repentance and loves those who purify themselves.” (Quran 2:222)

6. Wash your hands after you wake up; you do not know where your hands have moved while you sleep."

7. The blessings of food lie in washing hands before and after eating."

8. That the Prophet salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam prohibited blowing on the food and into the drink.

9. Hadees which asks Muslim’s to pray at home when it “just rained”, so imagine how strictly it should be enforced during Corona scare

Hadees Narrated 'Abdullah bin Al-Harith:

Ibn Abbas addressed us on a (rainy and) muddy day and when the Mu'adh-dhin said, "Come for the prayer" Ibn 'Abbas ordered him to say, "Pray in your homes."

The people began to look at one another with surprise as if they did not like it. Ibn 'Abbas said, "It seems that you thought ill of it but no doubt it was done by one who was better than I (i.e. the Prophet). It (the prayer) is a strict order and I disliked to bring you out."

So, don't cry and blame Allah if Corona reach to you someday for your own wrong doing/bad decisions.

34. The Qur'an

A Book that is full of answers,
A Book that makes you cry.

A Book that makes you notice,
How much harder you can try.

A Book that makes you realize,
What true love really is...

A Book that gives you direction, for all of life's tough biz.

A Book that gives you hope, that Someone somewhere's watching over you!

“The Qur’an is meant for the Self, not for the Shelf.

” O people! There has come to you an exhortation from your Lord - a healing for what is in the hearts, a guidance and a mercy for the believers. Say: In this bounty of Allah, and in His mercy, in it, let them rejoice!"
[Qur’an 10: 57-58]

33. Without the Ka'aba this world can stop

Subhaan Allaah

 Americana writes:
"If Muslims stop performing tawaf or prayers on this earth, surely our earth's rotation will stop, because the rotation of the super conductor centered on the Black Stone, will no longer scatter electromagnetic waves.

According to the results of research from 15 universities show Hajar Aswad (Black Stone) is a meteorite that has a very high metal content, which is 23,000 times that of existing steel.  Some astronauts who took to see a very bright light emanating from the earth and after research turned out to be sourced from the Kaaba.  The super conductor is Hajar Aswad (Black Stone), who functions like a microphone that is broadcast and reaches thousands of miles of broadcast range.

Prof. Lawrence E. Yoseph - Fl Whiple wrote:
"We really owe a huge debt to Muslims, because tawaf and prayers are on time to keep the super conductor.

"Subhaan Allaah, Alhamdulillaah, Laa Ilaaha illallaah, Allaahu Akbar.

How thrilled we are to see the enormity of the movements of the Hajj and Umrah.

 "Subhaanallaah"

32. Untie The Three Knots Of The Devil

Prophet Muhammad salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said,
"When one of you sleeps, the Shaitan ties three knots at the back of his head and says for each knot: have a long night, so slumber. When you wake up and mention Allah, one of these knots is untied. When you perform ablution, another knot is untied; and when you establish prayer, all of the knots are untied and you become alert and pleasant. Otherwise, you become wicked hearted and lazy." [Sahih Bukhari]

30. Tahajjud -The Most Superior Of All Non-Obligatory Acts Of Worship

Tahajjud is the most superior of all non-obligatory acts of worship.

The literal meaning of Tahajjud ~
The word Tahajjud is derived from ‘tahajjada’ which means ‘being awake at night with the Quran’. So any act of worship done in the third half of night is regarded as Tahajjud and it is one of the noblest acts a Muslim can do.

Since this prayer is offered after Namaz-e-Isha, it is also called ‘Salat-ul-Lail’ and ‘Qiyam-ul-Lail’.

Prophet Muhammad salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam had a habit of waking up in the middle of every night to bow down before his Creator and offer the night prayer.

Thus it is a Sunnah and every Muslim brother should at least try to follow it once in a while if not on a daily basis.

Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala in Holy Quran describes the characteristics of true believers in these words;
“They were in the habit of sleeping but little by night, and in the hours of early dawn, they (were found) praying for Forgiveness.”

And in part of the night time, offer Tahajjud further than what is present on you; perhaps your Lord will host you to a place of immense magnificence.” [Surah Al-Isra, verse 79]

The dua made at Tahajjud is like an arrow which does not miss its target.”

The following acts are Sunnah (recommended) for the one who wishes to perform the night prayers. Upon going to sleep, one should make the intention to perform the prayers.

Abu Ad-Dardaa'  may  Allah  be  pleased  with  him related that the Prophet salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam (may  Allah exalt his mention ) said:
"Whoever goes to his bed with the intention of getting up and praying during the night, and sleep overcomes him until the morning comes, he will have recorded for him what he had intended, and his sleep will be a charity for him from his Lord."[An-Nasaa'i and Ibn Maajah]

Allah praises those who forsake their beds for His sake, and prepares for them what no eye has ever seen and what no ear has ever heard. There is no peace like the peace found in the sujood of Tahajjud!

The Prophet salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam encouraged us:

"You should pray qiyaam al-layl, for it is the custom of the righteous who came before you and it brings you closer to your Lord, and expiates sins and prevents misdeeds" [Sunan at-Tirmidhi 3549; Hasan]

Additionally, your du’ā is readily heard:

"The Lord descends every night to the lowest heaven (in a manner that He pleases) when one-third of the night remains and says: Who will call upon Me, that I may answer Him? Who will ask of Me, that I may give him? Who will seek My forgiveness, that I may forgive him?" [Muslim 1261]

Get up for tahajjud and ask from the Lord of the worlds. Leave your worries in His hands and let Him handle everything for you. Tell Him what you want and have conversation with Him. Honestly, one of the best time to have.

May Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala make us all amongst those who wake up at night and pray Qiyam-ul Layl and be steadfast on it until our last breath.

29. Allah Has Created Us For A Purpose

Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala has created us for a purpose, all his creations goes through trials, tests, and tribulations.

Those who undergo all these things are those who have evolved themselves truly.

Even for a butterfly to fly and become an adult form, it has to go through various stages before it begins to fly. From being a caterpillar to being able to fly. Being cocooned in a nest to being able to fly.

Even for a leaf to grow, from a tendril to a leaf it has to evolve itself despite the harsh winds, and the scorching of sun.

Even for a flower to bloom, from being a bud to its blossomed form, it has to survive the pricking of thorns and the heavy falling of rain only then it would be able to be in an evolved form.

Every single thing that grows that Allah has created, either talking or non-talking, those who are fixed and movable, those who walk and those who fly, every single creature goes through their allotted sets of trials and tribulations, their tests only then they will be evolved as their true form, a mature and evolved form of itself.

Even the carbon to become a diamond, it has to bear and enormous amount of heat to evolve itself into a diamond, and even after becoming a diamond it undergoes different levels of cuttings so that it gets evolved into something more worthy and more appealing and much more precious.

The more trials and tests, the more tribulations a person undergoes it makes them worth more precious and worth living.

Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala elevates their position and ranking and worth. The Prophet's too didn't become Prophet with nothing, they had to go through so much to become a Prophet.

And every successful person on earth goes through the same to become successful.

Even the sperm, from a drop of semen and the ovum or egg has to go through different phases to evolve itself into a human form.
The sperm, if it doesn't survive the internal environment and doesn't survive and pass through to reach the egg it won't evolve ever.

From tiny microscopic structure to big huge forms like whales requires evolvement. Everyone goes through their portion of tests and trials those who make it are those who will evolve truly. Even the sciences says that our creatures that were present years ago were different from the creatures that are present today.

Those who survive amidst everything are those who truly evolve. So as humans, the best creation of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala we should evolve ourselves to a great extent. To an extent that we are perfectly moulded into a beautiful human form, the one who is evolved are worthy enough.

And do you know what your worst is?

Those who have survived everything and has become worthy of being a Jannati a person who is worthy of becoming a Jannati is the one who has truly evolved itself despite everything that has been thrown in its way.

May Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala grant us all ris form of evolvement, the evolution that would lead us to Jannah and maghteouke us all worthy of being Jannati.

28. The Importance Of The Fajr Prayer

In the Qur’an, ALLAH Most High says:
“So establish the Prayer after the declining of the sun [from its zenith, for Dhuhr and then Asr] to the dusk of night [Maghrib and then ‘Isha] and the [Quranic]recitation of Fajr [prayer]. Indeed, the [Quranic] recitation of Fajr is witnessed.” [al-Quran 17:78]

The meaning of witnessed here means that both the angels of [previous] night and the angels of the [new] morning intently listen to the Fajr prayer being recited aloud because of its great status and virtue. [al-Suyuti, Tafsir al-Jalalayn]

The Messenger of ALLAH (ALLAH’s peace and blessings be upon him) has said:
“Whoever performs the Prayer before the rising of the sun [Fajr] and before its setting [‘Asr], will not enter the Hell.” [Muslim]
and
“Whoever prays the two cooler prayer times (i.e., Fajr and `Asr) will enter Paradise.” [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

Ibn ‘Allan comments on that Fajr and ‘Asr were specified since they are two times when one can easily miss the prayer: whether they are lost in sleep during Fajr, or engrossed in trade and work at ‘Asr. It is understood that the one who prays these two, usually prays all five daily prayers.

Finally, the reward mentioned in the hadith indicates that the one who regularly prays Fajr and ‘Asr can be expected to have a good ending to their life: that they die upon faith as a Muslim.

Which of us would not be eager to rise for the Fajr prayer if we truly understood the benefits: a death on faith and eternal success? [Ibn ‘Allan, Dalil al-Faliheen]

26. Haraam

Haraam is an Arabic term meaning “forbidden”.

Haram is anything that is prohibited by the faith. Its antonym is halal.

The religious term haraam can be applied to:

Certain foodstuffs or food ingredients, such as alcohol or pork and also to foods, objects and people that would normally be halaal but which were tarnished in some or other way, for example meat slaughtered in a non-permitted way.

Certain behaviours, such as adultery or abuse, abstention in the general elections.

Haraam also applies to ill-gotten wealth obtained through sin. Examples include money earned through cheating, stealing, corruption, murder or any means that involves harm to another human being.

It is prohibited in Islam for a true Muslim to profit from such Haraam actions.

25. Allah Protect Us From Wronging Others

Narrated Abu Huraira radiyallaahu ‘anhu: Allah's Messenger salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said,
"Whoever has oppressed another person concerning his reputation or anything else, he should beg him to forgive him before the Day of Resurrection when there will be no money (to compensate for wrong deeds), but if he has good deeds, those good deeds will be taken from him according to his oppression which he has done, and if he has no good deeds, the sins of the oppressed person will be loaded on him."
(Sahih al-Bukhari, Vol. 3, Book 46, Hadith 10)

A wonderful reminder to make amends while you can, to seek forgiveness from those you have wronged before it is too late.

You don't want to have a mountain of good deeds vanish because of what you did to others.

Take care of your self, your family, community and others by remembering Allah often and thinking before you act.

May Allah protect us from wronging others - Ameen!

Surely I rely on Allah, my Lord and your Lord; there is no living creature but He holds it by its forelock; surely my Lord is on the right path.

We have to trust that when things don't work out the way we want, Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala has something better planned.

22. Why You Need Fajr And How To Make It A Habit

Look at your life. Is the first thing you do when your alarm goes off washing your face, eating, and going to work or school? Or do you get up to pray first before you start your day? What is really akbar (greater) in your life? Saying Allahu akbar means we put Allah and our duties to Him first. Choosing to start your day by praying Fajr is a crucial choice between success and loss. Are you a winner or a loser?

Imagine you had a plane to catch the next morning or a job interview. You’d make sure you woke up, right? You sometimes even wake up before your alarm goes off. So why don’t you get up as easily for the Fajr prayer?

It’s all in the mind. It’s very simple; we attach more value to our worldly lives then to our hereafter. Our sense of duty to our Most Merciful Lord might be weaker than our desire for the things around us.

If you’re attached to Allah, you see Fajr as more important than the rest of the day’s affairs all put together! You find peace in praying it and it motivates you to rise again, creating a positive cycle. Being productive as a Muslim is all about breaking bad cycles and starting good ones!

Al-Bukhaari reported: *Angels come to you in shifts by night and by day. They meet at salaat al-fajr and salaat al-‘asr, then those who had stayed with you at night ascend, and are asked by the One Who knows better than they: ‘How did you find My servants?’ They say, ‘We left them when they were praying, and we came to them when they were praying.’”*

With what report do you send the angels off to Allah ‘azza wajal each morning? And if the rewards don’t convince you, motivate yourself with this warning from the Prophet (peace be upon him): *The most burdensome prayers for the hypocrites are ‘Isha and Fajr but if they only knew what they contain, they would come even if they had to crawl.”* [Ahmad]

Does your heart want to wake up, yet your body keeps sleeping and you feel regret later in the morning? This is still a gift from Allah ‘azza wajal in the sense that your still desire to worship Him and you regret when you fail. However this connection with Allah doesn’t come without any effort on your part!

I wanted to share with you a few practical steps in terms of trying to ensure you wake up for Fajr, which I found really useful and which are a bit different from many I came across. They are of three types: physical, mental, and spiritual. And they are our homework!

PHYSICAL PREPARATION

1. Simplify your bedding.

2. Drink ample water so you are forced to wake up to use the bathroom.

3. Set multiple alarms (especially the alarm phone app which asks you to solve a sum in order to switch off!)

4. Really set priorities by not finishing off certain works at night

MENTAL PREPARATION

1. Before bed, visualize yourself rising, washing, and praying.

2. Tell your mind with determination before sleeping that there’s an important appointment at Fajr which you must attend (with Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala)

3. Warn your mind beforehand that your body will be tempted to close its eyes when the alarm rings (for “just a few more minutes”) and not to give in to it.

4. Never give up and feel hopeless; if you didn’t wake up today, you will tomorrow in Shaa’Allah!

SPIRITUAL PREPARATION

1. Fill your heart with love for your Creator and the desire to please Him for all He has given to you– fill your heart with the importance and love for praying Fajr and the fear of missing it.

2. Beg Allah the Almighty before bed for the ability to wake up the following morning.

3. Feel really regretful and sad if you miss it (but never despair!) and make it up immediately.

4. Strive to avoid other major sins in your daily life and repent from them to try to gain divine assistance (tawfiq).

Don’t give up. You are created for a reason! You can be something special to Allah ‘azza wajal if you take the steps towards Him. If you haven’t woken up for your Fajr prayer for years, set ten alarms today. Make sincere dua before you sleep— plead with Him to let you pray. You won’t be disappointed.

May Allah ‘azza wajal make us among those who rise and pray Fajr easily and consistently, out of submission and gratitude, Aameen.

21. Healing Comes From Allah Alone

But out of His Immense Mercy, our Rabb has shown us the ‘means’ that will facilitate the healing process with His Permission.

The secret behind this is that we should put our full trust, reliance and Tawakkul in Allaah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala, as it is ONLY HE that is the source of all healing and cure.

So we should read RUQYAH on the sick person from the Qur’aan and duas from the authentic Sunnah, or other good duas asking Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala to heal them quickly.

FROM THE QUR’AAN

1. Surah Faatihah -odd number of times
2. Aayatul Kursi
3.The last two Aayaat of Surah al-Baqarah
4.The last 3 Surah of the Qur’aan.

FROM THE SUNNAH

Some of the duas are:

1. Aaishah radhi Allaahu anhaa said that when any of us fell sick, the Messenger of Allah salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam would wipe him with his right hand then say:

أَذهِبِ البَاسَ ، رَبَّ النَّاسِ ، وَاشفِ أَنتَ الشَّافِي ، لا شِفَاءَ إِلا شِفَاؤُكَ ، شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا

“Adhhib il-ba’s, Rabbi l-naas washfi anta al-Shaafi laa shifaa’a illa shifaa’uka shifaa’an laa yughaadir saqaman

“Remove the harm, O Lord of mankind and heal him, for You are the Healer and there is no healing except Your healing, with a healing which does not leave any disease behind.”
(al-Bukhaari, Muslim)

2. ‘Uthmaan ibn Abi’l-‘Aas al-Thaqafi radhi Allaahu anhu complained to the Messenger of Allah salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam about some pain that he had felt in his body since he became Muslim.

The Messenger of Allah salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said to him:
“Put your hand on the part of your body that hurts and say:

‘Bismillaah (in the name of Allah)’ three times, then say seven times:

أَعُوذُ بِاللهِ وَقُدرَتِهِ مِن شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ "

“Aa’oodhu billaahi wa qudratihee min sharri maa ajidu wa uhaadhir”

‘I seek refuge in Allah and His Power from the evil of what I find and I fear.’” (Muslim)

3. Jibreel Alaiyhis-Salaam came to the Prophet salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam and said:

O Muhammad, are you sick?

He said: “Yes.”

He said:

Bismillaahi Arqeek, min kulli shay’in yu‘dheek, min sharri kulli nafsin aw ‘ainin haasidin, Allaahu yashfeek, Bismillaahi Arqeek

“In the name of Allah I perform ruqyah for you, from everything that is harming you, from the evil of every soul or envious eye may Allaah heal you, in the name of Allah I perform ruqyah for you.” (Muslim)

4. Abu’l-Darda’ radhi Allaahu anhu said:

“I heard the Messenger of Allah salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam say:

“Whoever among you suffers some sickness, or his brother suffers some sickness, let him say:

Rabban-allaahul-ladhi fis-samaa’i, taqaddasa ismuk, amraka fis-samaa’i wal ardh, kamaa rahmatuka fis-samaa’i faj’al rahmataka fil ardh, ighfir lanaa hawbanaa wa khataayaanaa, anta Rabbut-tayyibeen, anzil rahmatam-min rahmatik, wa shifaa’am-min shifaa’ika alaa haadhi-hil waja’

‘Our Lord Allah Who is in heaven, hallowed be Your name, You will is done in heaven and on earth; as Your mercy is in heaven, bestow it upon the earth. Forgive us our sins. You are the Lord of the good. Send down some Your mercy and healing upon this pain,’ and he will be healed.”

Abu Dawood - saheeh by al-Haakim and hasan by Ibn Taymiyah in Majmoo’ al-Fataawa (3/139)

5. The Prophet salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said:

“The one who visits a sick person who is not dying, and says seven times in his presence,

أَسأَلُ الَّلهَ العَظِيمَ رَبَّ العَرشِ العَظِيمِ أَن يَشفِيَك

As’alullaahal Adheem Rabbal arshil adheem an-yashfiyak

‘I ask Allah the Almighty, the Lord of the Mighty Throne, to heal you,’ Allah will heal him from that sickness.”
(Abu Dawood -saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh Abi Dawood)

Shaikh Assim al-Hakeem said:
“You can recite Ruqyah on yourself by gathering the palms of your hands and reciting the Ayaat into them and then blow in your hands and wipe the area that is ill and hurting you.

You can also bring Zamzam water preferably and recite 3, 5 or 7 times the following over it and blow every time you recite it:
Al Fatiha,
Ayatul Kursi,
the last 2 verses of Suratul Baqarah and
the last 3 Surah of the Quran.

You can add add to that any Prophetic Dua’a and blow on it.
Drink from this water in the morning , in the afternoon and before going to bed and also you can wipe with it over the places that hurt you.”

May Allah give all who are sick, a quick and complete shifa. Ameen.

20. Heena (Mehndi) - A Great healer

The Henna plant is not only extensively grown throughout India, but cultivated as well. It is planted as hedges around houses, buildings and sometimes fields. It is two-meter long when fully grown and emission of a typical fragrance is also noted during nights. It is cultivated throughout India. For ages. The Mehndi of Faridabad is very much popular and liked by the users. The different parts of the plant viz. leaves, stems, flowers and fruits are being used for cosmetic as well as medicinal purposes.

Hazrat Umme Salma radiyallaahu ‘anhu narrates:
“In the life of Prophet Muhammed salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, no injury or thorn piercing was treated on which Henna was not applied.” (Tirmizi, Sanad-e-Ahmed)

“Whenever somebody came to Prophet Muhammad salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam with complaints of headache, he directed him to undergo cupping and whosoever complained of pain in legs, was advised to apply Henna.” (Bukhari, Abu Dawood)

In another narration Henna was prescribed for headache also Hazrat Abu Huraira narrates: Nabi-e-Akram salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said that Jews and Christians did not use Khizab, you oppose that.

The same verse is narrated by other narrators in Nisai and Tirmizi.
Osman bin Abdullah Ibn Mohib radiyallaahu ‘anhu narrates:
“My family sent me to Ummul Momineen, Hazrat Salma radiyallaahu ‘anhu, with a bowl of water (the narrator of this Hadith, Israil closed his three fingers and said the bowl was of silver). A few holy hairs of Prophet salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam were there in the bowl. If some one fell ill with evil sight or with any other ailment would send the water in a bowl to Umme-e-Salma. She would dip the plate in it. I looked into the water and found that the colour of the Prophet’s hair was red.” (Bukhari)

Jahzma radiyallaahu ‘anhu the wife of Bashir Bin Khasasia radiyallaahu ‘anhu narrates:
“I saw Prophet Muhammad salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam coming out of the house. He was coming after taking bath, therefore, he was shaking his hairs. The colour of Henna was visible on his head.” (Tirmizi)

Wasila (r a) narrates that Prophet Muhammad salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said:
“Use Henna, it makes your head lustrous, cleanses your hearts, increases the sexual vigour and will be witness in your graves.”

Abi Rafai radiyallaahu ‘anhu narrates:
“I was present before Prophet salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam. Passing his hand over his head he said that the head of all dyes was Henna which gave a glow to the face and increased the sexual vigour.”

(Abu Naim)The scholars of Hadith paid a great attention towards its use keeping in view the repeated sayings of Prophet Muhammad salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam.

Sahaba and Tabayeen like Abu Bakr, Umar, Abu Ubaida, Mohammed Ibnal Hanifa, Mohammed Ibn Al Sirin used to apply Henna on their hairs.

Mohaddis Abdul Latif Baghdadi says that its red colour is very attractive and its colour and smell is a nerve stimulant. The fact is well understood in today’s scenario, from the impact of colour and odour on personality and physiology.

Mohd. Ahmed Zahbi says that there are three essential factors for healing
Expulsion of fluids from the wounds
Cessation of production of any more fluids
Formation of healthy flesh (granulation tissue) to fill the gap.

Henna contains all these three factors and possesses very good healing properties. If Mehndi leaves are soaked in water throughout the night and this decanted water, if taken in morning for 40 days, is effective in leprosy and heals the wounds.

Hafiz Ibu al Qayyim in the light of his experiences describes it a good healing agent for burns. Its gargles are beneficial in stomatitis and all ulcers of tongue, cheeks and lips. Its local application has soothing effects on acute inflammations and hot abscesses. Henna levels’ extract in oil mixed with natural wax and oil of rose, if applied locally in conditions of backache, is highly effective.

It is a clinically tested fact that if Mehndi leaves paste is applied on the soles of the patients of small pox and chicken pox, the eyes remain unaffected with the disease and besides become dry very soon.

Dry leaves of Henna if kept in clothes, serve the purpose of insect repellant.

If the paste of Henna is applied on nails, the lustre of the nails increases and if applied on feet and soles, is effective in burning feet syndrome.

If the nails become disfigured after getting fungal infection, it is advisable to use Henna with vinegar to restore it to normalcy. The paste of Henna is very effective in Burns and scalds. It heals the boils of scalp if applied with Roghan-e-Zaitoon.

The physicians of Unani Medicine describe it as a good blood purifier. Hakim Ajmal Khan once used the paste of Henna on the palms of a female patient who was suffering from Menorrhagia and she got cured. Headache from heat is cured by inhaling the scent of its flowers.

The oil prepared from olive oil and leaves of Henna is very much effective in muscular rigidity. If Henna leaves are soaked in a sufficient quantity of water and kept throughout the night and the decanted water is taken in morning it is effective in Jaundice and Splenomegaly.
