Got a headache? Toothache? Stomachache?
No worries!
This pain is a means of *expiation* and *purification* for your sins.
And a means to raise your status.
Abu Saeed al Khudri Radhi Allaah anhu said:
The Messenger of Allaah Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam said:
“The headache of the Believer, or a thorn that pricks him, or anything that harms him, then Allaah raises him a grade on the day of Judgement due to that and He expiates from him his sins due to that.”
[Ibn Abi Duniya; hasan by al-Albaani in Saheeh Targheeb wa Tarheeb no. 3434]
Want to know the Sunnah way to heal all pain?
One time the noble Sahaabi Uthmaan ibn Abi’l-‘Aas radhi Allaahu anhu complained to the Messenger Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam about a pain in his body that he had suffered from the time he became Muslim.
The Prophet sal Allaahu Alayhi wa sallam said to him:
“Put your hand on the part of the body that hurts and say:
*Bismillaah three times.*
*And say seven times: *
*أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِن شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحاذِرُ *
*“A’oodhu billaahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhaadhir”*
*“I seek refuge in Allaah and His Power from the evil of what I feel and worry about.” * (Saheeh Muslim)
So the next time you have pain anywhere in the body, say this beautiful duaa SEVEN times before reaching out for that painkiller.
And Allaah will get rid of the pain for you.
This is a *tremendously powerful* duaa.
Say it *sincerely* and with *FAITH*.
Put your *Tawakkul* on the *One Who heals all.*
Have *full conviction* in His *Power*.
*And Allaah will relieve you of that pain.*
*After all, isn’t He ash-Shaafi?*
