It’s forbidden to marry another man just to remarry the first husband.
That’s a very major sin.
If a woman got divorced through *Khula*, she can easily remarry her ex husband with a new mahr and new contract, after her iddah is over, *without* the need to marry a second man.
*That applies ONLY when a woman is irrevocably divorced on three separate times. *
In such a situation, the woman may marry her first husband, IF she marries a different man, WITHOUT the intention of marrying the first person, and LIVES a NORMAL life with her second husband. And IF the second husband HAPPENS BY CHANCE to die or divorce her, she may be allowed to marry her first husband.
