1. After the sun
declines at noon the pilgrim should throw seven pebbles at each of the three
jamrahs in the same way as on the 11th of Dhul-Hijjah.
Anyone who is capable of throwing the pebbles himself should do so only sick or weak people are allowed to have a substitute throw for them.

2. If he intends to
leave Mina on the 12th of Dhul-Hijjah the pilgrim should do so before sunset,
immediately after throwing the pebbles. Those pilgrims who intend to leave Mina
on the 12th should throw only seven pebbles at each jamrah on this day .
Those who throw 14 pebbles at each jamrah this day [considering 7 pebbles for 12th of Dhul -Hijjah and 7 for the 13th ] are following an incorrect practice and therefore should avoid it.
