Besides there being no particular supplication prescribed by the sunnah upon entering Makkah there are no supplications established by the Prophet salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam for entering the boundaries of Al Haram. However upon doing so the Prophet's companion 'Abdullah Bin ' Umar used to recite:
La 'ilaha illallahu wahdahu laa shareeka lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu wa Huwa 'alaa kulli shay'in Qadeer."
